The Arctic Route Summer

The Arctic Route buses are a new summer version of our winter Arctic Route. The Arctic Route Summer connects several towns and villages in Lofoten with important towns and cities in Northern Norway such as Tromsø and Narvik.

This service runs from 15 June to 14 August and is specifically designed to cater to people who want to explore freely. The buses have comfortable seats, large windows, Wi-Fi and toilets, making the journey as enjoyable as the destinations.

With our new concept of the travel pass, you can hop-on and hop-off the buses anywhere along our routes: Tromsø-Lofoten-Tromsø and Narvik-Lofoten-Narvik. One of the biggest advantages of using the Arctic Route buses is that they allow you to access great hiking trails. Most hiking trails are only accessible by car, which can make it difficult for those who dont have their own transportation.

Choosing to travel by bus is not only more sustainable but its also a safe and stress-free way to travel across the archipelago.
