You share Best Arctic tours using your personal discount code. When your audience books, you earn commission.

There are no free tours, no posting requirements, and no upfront costs.

How it works?

1. Personal discount code

You receive your own discount code: 5% off for your audience and 5% commission for you on completed bookings. Each code is unique, so results are easy to track.

 

2. Share in your own channels

You decide how and when to share (stories, reels, newsletters, and community channels). There are no mandatory posts and no deadlines.

 

3. Earn commission

Your audience books a Best Arctic tour using your code. You earn 5% commission on completed and paid bookings.

 

Example earnings

Average booking value: €120

  • 5 bookings / month → €30
  • 10 bookings / month → €60
  • 30 bookings / month → €180

This is a steady way to earn extra income by recommending experiences you believe in.

Transparency matters

When sharing Best Arctic tours, you must

  • Clearly disclose collaboration (e.g. #ad, #collaboration)
  • Communicate the 5% discount clearly
  • Avoid exaggerated or misleading claims

You may not

  • Offer extra discounts
  • Act as a Best Arctic employee

Community Benefits

  • 25% personal discount on selected Best Arctic products (After reaching 15 bookings, can be used once per product)
  • A direct contact person at Best Arctic

Payments

  • Commission is paid on completed bookings only

  • No commission is paid on cancelled bookings

  • Payments are made twice per year, per season

  • Winter season payments require an invoice to be submitted no later than 25 April

  • Summer season payments require an invoice to be submitted no later than 25 September

  • A valid invoice must be provided, and you must be able to invoice Best Arctic

  • Minimum payout: 500 NOK (approx. €45)

  • You are responsible for your own taxes and legal obligations

Best Arctic Community Partner Program - Terms & Conditions

By applying to the Best Arctic Community Partner programme, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • – You act as an independent promoter, not as an employee, guide or official representative of Best Arctic.
  • – You will promote Best Arctic honestly and responsibly, without misleading or exaggerated claims (e.g. guaranteed Northern Lights).
  • – You will not offer additional discounts beyond your personal discount code unless explicitly approved by Best Arctic.
  • – You will follow advertising and disclosure rules applicable in your country (e.g. #ad / #collaboration when required).
  • – Commission is paid only on completed bookings. No commission is paid for cancelled or refunded bookings.
  • – Sales and commission are tracked via your personal discount code and Best Arctic’s internal reporting systems.
  • – Sales and commission are paid two times a year. 30th April & 30th september
