Best Arctic commission is based on the yearly net revenue, created by you. Best Arctic evaluates the revenue per period 1 May until 30th of April and will adjust the commission level accordingly.

All activities, provided by Best Arctic, can be promoted by the offered pictures and videos on this page. Please read the document to update you on the crediting. Best Arctic pictures/videos can’t be used to promote general and other companies activities/tours.

Each tour has a minimum number of guests required for booking, which is detailed in the product description on the Manual.

If your client has any special requirements or requests, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Last-minute changes can be made depending on availability. And always with more than 48h before the tour.

We value our long-term partners. Special rates will be considered based on sales consistency and volume throughout the year. As sales grow, the commission level will increase accordingly.

In the event of a partial cancellation of a tour, a generic refund email will be sent, similar to what an FIT (individual traveler) would receive in these cases. Please note that the refund amount will differ depending on your commission level, as your commission will be deducted from the refund.
