You can’t visit Northern Norway without trying fish!
There are many fish specialties in Norway, but the best known in the Arctic region is cod!
We recommend trying cod delicacies – such as cod caviar, cod skin snacks, and cod liver oil at Full Steam museum (in the city center), where your guide will also tell you more about the history of the cod industry, from fishing to export.

The skipper will cook and serve the catch of the day (when possible) on board the boat. It can’t get fresher and more delicious than that!
