I had been traveling for 24 hours with layovers between airports to reach Tromso, Norway. Before entering the red bus, I inquired if the bus stops at Scandic Ishavshotel. The Home Hotel With is only two minutes from that location, facing the water. After placing my carryon luggage in the bottom storage area of the bus, I climbed up to pay the bus driver with a credit card. I sat in the front, the view from the bus on the way to the hotel was rewarding.

I had a good experience with the airport-to-hotel route. It cost 200 NOK for the round trip (February 2026). Punctual, according to the schedules available on the website. I made the purchase through the website, very easy. Passengers load and retrieve their own luggage from the baggage compartment, so just be aware of that.
